About Washington Performing Arts Capital Voices Camp:
Washington Performing Arts' Capital Voices Camp is a two-week program for young singers designed to broaden their vocal range and technique while building skills in leadership, team-building, and self-confidence. Based on the training for Washington Performing Arts’ renowned Children of the Gospel Choir, the Capital Voices Camp will allow students to work with a talented faculty of singers and choral directors who will lead them in rehearsals as well as a variety of classes to include vocal technique, composition workshops, and master classes with guest artists. The camp will culminate with a student led performance of vocal music from multiple genres, including world music, blues, and Gospel! |
