Literacy Through Art

Family Art Moments

To start your Family Art Moments summer adventure, Carla Perlo, Sylvia Soumah, and Lisa Paul teach letter-building through dance and construction. Get up and move with Sylvia to the beat of the drums and learn to create letters with your body, then grab your hard hat as Lisa teaches us to build letters and words with items all around you. Finally, Carla will help you make your very own letter toolbox to keep all your creative materials organized so you’re ready to continue building!

The downloadable full-series “Packing List” and Activity Page below support the crafts that are shown in the video!
