Washington Performing Arts - 60 Years

For six decades, Washington Performing Arts has been a transformative force in our community, bringing the world’s greatest artists to our stages, providing life-changing arts education to thousands of young people, and ensuring that the power of live performance reaches every corner of our region. This milestone Gala is not only a moment to honor this extraordinary legacy but also a call to action at a time when the arts need champions more than ever.

The evening promises unforgettable moments from cocktails and dinner to electrifying performances, including the Children of the Gospel Choir and host and featured performer Ari Shapiro, who was presented by Washington Performing Arts in 2024 with longtime collaborators Pink Martini. The night will culminate in a Decades Dance Party celebrating 60 years of music, memories, and community
