For nearly 60 years, Washington Performing Arts has produced education programs for youth and lifelong learners, fostering appreciation for and active participation in the arts. We provide educational opportunities that spark curiosity, collaboration, and creativity, and enrich and engage our diverse community in a broad spectrum of activities.

Washington Performing Arts is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to providing the national capital region with performing arts presentations of the highest quality and to providing lifelong learning opportunities through arts education. Washington Performing Arts is exempt from Federal income tax as a public charity under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (EIN 52-6062439).
