Mars Arts D.C. & Tregaron Conservancy
Where Music Meets the Landscape
Washington Performing Arts and Tregaron Conservancy share a belief in the power of place—to bring people together, spark discovery, and create meaningful connections through the arts. Together, we are creating seasonal opportunities to experience music, movement, and community throughout the beautiful grounds of Tregaron Conservancy.
Our partnership comes to life through two annual experiences: Tregaron Unplugged in the fall and the Tregaron Meadow Concert in the spring. These programs invite audiences to step outside the traditional concert setting and experience artists in unexpected places—on a terrace, across a meadow, along a garden path, or beneath the trees.
Tregaron Unplugged
Fall | Music, Movement & Discovery
Saturday, October 17, 1:00–3:00 p.m.
Each fall, Tregaron Unplugged brings music and participatory experiences throughout the Conservancy’s grounds. There is no single stage and no prescribed way to experience the afternoon. Visitors can wander from one performance to the next, settle into a favorite spot, join a participatory experience, or simply pause and listen to the sounds of artists and nature coming together.
The program brings together artists from across musical and cultural traditions, alongside experiences that invite audiences to move, reflect, explore, and connect. This year’s celebration is especially meaningful as Tregaron Conservancy marks its 20th Anniversary and Washington Performing Arts celebrates its 60th Anniversary.
Tregaron Meadow Concert
Spring | Music, Nature & Community
Saturday, May 8, 2027, 3:00 p.m.
When spring returns, the partnership continues with Tregaron Meadow, a seasonal gathering that welcomes audiences back into the landscape. Spring programming offers another opportunity to experience artists outdoors, surrounded by the gardens and open spaces of Tregaron, while celebrating the energy and renewal of the season.
Come Experience Tregaron
From live music and dance to sound, movement, and moments of quiet reflection, our partnership invites you to experience Tregaron in new ways throughout the year. Come for the music. Wander through the landscape. Discover something unexpected.
