Brazilian musician, arts administrator, and EducArte co-founder Pablo DeOliveira brings the rich traditions of Brazilian music into conversation with the D.C. music scene, with samba and the cavaquinho. Expect rhythm, warmth, and a little Brazilian sunshine in the middle of January.
