In UPLIFT!, a jubilant, multi-generational one-night celebration tailored for Washington Performing Arts and Strathmore, Whitaker joins forces with Grammy nominated vocalist Christie Dashiell, his dynamic band, and youth ensembles the Washington Performing Arts Children of the Gospel Choir and alumni, featuring horns and strings from members of Strathmore’s resident artist programs.
